Megan Pietrucha, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois and holds PsyPact e- Passport certification to provide teletherapy to clients in PsyPact approved states. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology/Argosy University, Chicago. Dr. Pietrucha played golf and softball in high school and was the captain of the softball team at IWU. While in graduate school, Dr. Pietrucha completed an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at Illinois State University’s Student Counseling Services where she specialized in the treatment of eating disorders and student-athlete mental health. Dr. Pietrucha has worked in a variety of college counseling centers providing mental health services to student-athletes and student artists.

Dr. Pietrucha currently maintains a private practice and conducts teletherapy from the Chicago area. Her clinical interests include the treatment of eating and body image concerns, college student mental health, student-athlete mental health, mood disorders, health and wellness, mindfulness, sport and performance psychology, and consultation. She has worked with high school athletes, college athletes, professional athletes, college teams and recreational fitness programs.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Pietrucha has also been a therapist at an outpatient eating disorder program, the Training Director for an APA-accredited internship program, provided psychological assessment for Veterans seeking disability reimbursement, and has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology and sport psychology. She likes to stay active with running, cycling, walking her dog, and trying to keep up with her very energetic toddler.
